the New Faculty Success Program logo

The New Faculty Success Program hosted five workshop sessions beginning August 25th, occurring once a month through December 9th, 2005.

Exit surveys were distributed at the end of each workshop. The objective was to evaluate new faculty members’ perceptions of the impact of the workshop and their satisfaction with the seminar. Survey recipients were asked to indicate what changes they might make as a result of their participation in the program. They were also asked to predict how these changes might affect student success. Results are provided for each workshop as well as a cumulative summary.
