First open your Windows Media Player

 Right click in the blue area at the top of the player - go to play, find Captions and Subtitles, select on

 Right click in the blue area at the top of the player – go to Tool and under Option select Security tab, select the bottom box which says show local captions and the box above it which says do not prompt.

 After you have done that – close your Windows Media Player, open your browser and type in the web address.
